I cannot recommend Albert as an attorney based on my experience. From the very beginning, communication was extremely poor—almost nonexistent. After my initial meeting with Albert, I was handed off to Greg, and both seemed friendly enough, but that’s where the positives ended. I expected professional guidance, especially since there was clear video evidence from a Tesla showing exactly who was at fault in my accident. Instead, the entire ordeal dragged on for more than two years, and I was left in the dark most of the time. I was almost always the one reaching out, having to chase down updates and information, because the attorneys rarely communicated anything on their own. When we finally got to the mandatory settlement conference, Albert admitted he had dropped the ball. He also told me I should have kept seeing doctors, not because it would actually help me, but because that’s just how the process works with insurance companies. This critical information was never explained to me at the start, which made the experience even more frustrating. The settlement process itself was disheartening. There was endless back-and-forth over insultingly low offers. When it came time to make a final decision, Albert gave me no real advice or support, just pushed the responsibility onto me to accept the offer or go to trial. It was clear he wanted to settle quickly and move on, rather than advocate for my interests. If you want an attorney who will communicate openly and fight for you, Albert is not the right choice. My case deserved better, and I would not recommend him to others.
