William's law firm helped me with the cases he represented me in. His assistants, Celia and Juan, were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I would leave zero stars if possible! Tried to take my case to these people, and had the misfortune of dealing with Juan Gomez. Didn’t return my calls for more than a week, and then when he finally takes the time to call me proceeds to insult me because I don’t have all the paperwork he wants! Like I know the law and what’s needed! You are better off with other law firms. Stay away.

I thought they were good but a big disappointment. They work with lawyers out of state , I higher them in Seattle and the lady who call me 2 times in a year was in New York city. After not hearing from them in 6 months they called me to say my case was dismissed. Bad service and poor communication. Do yourself a favor find someone locally to avoid a headache.

Please do yourself a favor and do not hire these people. They will rip you off big time. They will take their cut before any adjustments and at the end their cut will be double of what you are getting and they will delay your payment as much as they can. That 33.9% is the biggest scammer I ever see.

Ricardo was amazing from the beginning! He was so responsive and very informational. He gave us great advice without us asking & wants to help people genuinely! The case manager Madeline & her assistants were also very sweet & helpful! Overall, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, it was a difficult case but they got me the best solution for my case. The attention is excellent. I also recommend it one hundred percent.

The service was terrible. They made me waste a year on appointments, preventing me from working. They said they could do so much for my case, only to abandon it after a year without any warning. That was my shock. When I got another lawyer, he said these good-for-nothings had botched my whole case, which is why it was so much harder. They made it even more difficult, and I'm still being billed for the place they sent me to. They just left me with debt and did absolutely nothing for my case. Ricardo is just a charlatan, like all the other lawyers in the film. He filled me with lies, and after a year, he said he'd said everything he'd told me without consulting any lawyers beforehand. A terrible firm.

I had such a great experience working with Ricardo! I was going through such a difficult time with an injury and the last thing you want to deal with is the legalities of an injury case. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn’t have to worry much about what was going on regarding my case. I fully trust that he was doing the best on my behalf.
