We had a very easy experience in setting up our trust but that's not to say we weren't kept well informed of the process. Each step of the way was explained in detail and everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming
Everyone was so kind, non-judgemental, and thorough in making sure that they had all of my wishes. Signing the documents was painless and everything was explained so well.

However, we are genuinely surprised by your review and disagree with your statement as it is inaccurate.<br><br>It is difficult to tell exactly what kind of case you have from your review, but it appears you called us with some questions. We charge for legal services, meaning if you called seeking answers to legal questions, we would have quoted you a small consultation fee. You may not realize that the fee is based on both the time needed to meet with you and answer your questions as well as the time needed to review your documents and do any legal research necessary to be able to answer your questions. Apparently, you thought the quote was too high and therefore, reasonably declined the engagement. <br><br>We understand that some potential clients do not have much experience paying attorney’s fees and may be surprised by our small consultation fee. We don’t dispute your absolute right to shop for a lower price. However, your statement that we “wanted to make me pay to do the work I already did” cannot be accurate. We do not advise a prospective client about what work needs to be done on their case until we have met with them, reviewed their documents, and analyzed their situation. <br><br>In your case, since you did not go forward with a consultation, your case went no further than a preliminary scheduling conversation with our administrative staff. Our administrative staff members do not advise clients as to what legal work needs to be done. That is the role of the attorney, in the consultation meeting, which you did not have with us. No legal advice is given in the initial phone call to our office in any case, and none was given in your case. <br><br>Since your two-star Google review misrepresents our interaction and how we provide our services, we'd appreciate your help in correcting this error by removing your review.
