My experience with this firm started out really well. I got assigned an attorney, scheduling the 1st call was great, had the call and even went over time to be more thorough. It was agreed all I needed was a Demand Letter. Then 2 days later, I was told they didn't have bandwidth to write the letter. They don't even have 2 hours to write a letter. Something doesn't sound right but I accepted and moved on.

At times, certain services fall outside the scope of what we are able to provide under the plan, and in those situations we may need to step back rather than begin work we cannot fully support.<br><br>We understand that this can be frustrating, especially after a productive first conversation, and we appreciate your understanding.
