Very knowledgeable, attentive answered all my question. Listened to me patiently, was very respectfully. I was very satisfied with service. Did not rush was not in a rush to get me off the phone. Totally a wonderful service from Access Lawyers Group. Highly recommend
The lawyer assigned to answer my questions, Mike Noble, did so in a very thorough and thoughtful manner. He has over 40 years experience in his area of expertise, and it showed with the detailed and nuanced answers he gave. He was able to outline a few options for directions I could go/choices I could make. He was patient and calming in painting different scenarios. I highly recommend him and the offices of Access Lawyers Group for facilitating a timely phone meeting. I hope I don't need him again, but would search specifically for him if I had further questions.

My experience with this firm started out really well. I got assigned an attorney, scheduling the 1st call was great, had the call and even went over time to be more thorough. It was agreed all I needed was a Demand Letter. Then 2 days later, I was told they didn't have bandwidth to write the letter. They don't even have 2 hours to write a letter. Something doesn't sound right but I accepted and moved on.
