Accident Pros LLP was amazing from start to finish. The entire team treated me with respect and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle. Neil and Corey were fantastic—professional, compassionate, and clearly very experienced. They kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and truly took great care of my case. I felt supported and confident throughout the entire process.
I especially want to recognize Susan, their paralegal, who was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She was always responsive, organized, and on top of everything. Anytime I had a question or concern, Susan was quick to respond and made sure nothing was overlooked. I’ve used Neil for 2 cases. The first case was in 2019. His fees are very fair but I must say if all you care about is an attorney with the lowest fees I think that is the wrong way to go about choosing an attorney. I felt Neil gave me the personal attention that I was craving. My questions were answered on the phone or he found the answer and called or emailed me back. His in court appearance is extremely professional and his presentation is first rate. I hope I never have to use any attorney again but I’d use him in a heartbeat with no hesitation. I’m a real person and feel free to contact me through Google.

I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. They immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they would only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall were nominal for a firm of their size. Once they receive their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville.
Amazing team of people here! They really care about you as a human being and are kind hearted. If you're ever unfortunately in a car accident, definitely call these guys! Attorneys Bhartia and Hall are the best.
