I called seeking a attorney that looks like me and can understand my pain and that as a woman of color we are usually over looked when in pain or physically hurt. I initially called trying to speak about fees first I was rudely overtalked by Cindy although she was professional at first. As the conversation continued it was revealed she doesnt have good customer service skills and attitude is not where it should be for intake. When someone calls about fees tell them it’s not a crime, they will see eventually if an agreement for representation is made. When someone is a god send their staff carries that as well. I truly wanted to speak with the attorney so she could get details but the intake Cindy jumped to questions about my case, completely ignoring my questions about fees. Making assumptions about my case that are negative without a clear line of sight on important details. Seems all about what they can gain more than a god send to help. Her responses indicated this firm is like many others car insurance mills and aren't capable of anything complex so if there is a fight or complexity they will fold. I wonder in there reviews are real because who and the experiences I read about is not what I was presented today. Runway from anybody not willing to be transparent. Godfearing people are Transparent and kind.
