It was incredibly sad to meet this woman. She has a diva-like attitude and acts superior to those of us who could be her future clients. She lacks humility, lives in her own little world, and I think she also needs to study more because when we ask her something, she says she doesn't understand. She only acts Latina when it suits her because we were speaking to her in Spanish, and when my sister spoke to her in English, her attitude completely changed. If she doesn't understand Spanish, she should use a translator or stop serving Hispanics, but then her business will be ruined because that's how she makes a living.

This is more about advertising than anything else, and I'm talking about the lead lawyer. She doesn't even look at the documents you bring; she just gives you a card with the price, and that's it. The service is terrible, and they make you wait a long time after you arrive for your appointment. Unfortunately, she's the face of the office; maybe her other lawyers aren't like this. She's more focused on marketing and getting you to follow her on social media than on you telling her about your case.

Warning to the immigration community: Do not trust this firm. I hired Kim Bruno's firm for an identity amendment case. They completely passed me off to an unsupervised paralegal who neglected my case. I paid $300 out of my own pocket for a vital DNA test to prove my identity, and they completely failed to submit it to the court. Because they hid my evidence and didn't do their jobs, the court canceled my amendment. They take your money, do nothing, and then claim they 'did all they could.' Protect your money and your legal safety—go somewhere else."
