’ve been a real estate broker/owner for 21 years, and Chris Aiello is one of the best attorneys I’ve worked with. A big part of that credit also goes to his sister, Carla, who keeps everything moving as his paralegal.
Chris isn’t your typical attorney — don’t expect a suit and slick sales talk. He’s straightforward, honest, and takes the time to walk you through all the angles. He’s not the kind of lawyer who rushes you off the phone; he wants you to fully understand what’s happening.
Like any busy practice, I’ve seen occasional complaints about responsiveness, especially during the spring market. But that’s true for almost every attorney when the season is at its peak. In my experience, after working with Chris for the past 18 years, issues have been rare and the level of service has consistently been excellent.
I have had the pleasure of working with John and his team for the past few years. They are consistently communicative, incredibly effective, and always make me feel supported throughout the process. Whether navigating complex transactions or simply answering questions along the way, they approach everything with clarity, professionalism, and care. When you work with John, you know you are in good hands and well taken care of!
John, who works with this law firm sat on my case to evict a tenant for months. Response through email was very sporadic and often multiple messages had to be left on the phone to get a hold of him. In the end, deadlines were missed and despite having clear documented proof of my desires as a client, the case was not filed thus unnecessarily wasting my time while having a property with a non-paying tenants for the foreseable future
I have worked with John Pizinger a few times and he’s always been great. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
I've used Chris and his team for several transactions for the past 10 years. They have done a phenomenal job on all my transactions and would highly recommend them.
Chris and his staff have repeatedly missed the given deadlines they gave me to prepare some legal paperwork for my business. We were on good terms and I was never anything other than kind and patient with them. Something they told me would get done quickly ended up never even getting done. First they apologized and said they were busy. That happened three times over a span of about 2-3 months. Then, they just stopped calling me back. Repeatedly even - about 5 times throughout the process. I even told them I understood they were busy and would really just appreciate a referral. I asked both Chris and Carla on separate occasions. I never heard back from either one of them. As a business owner myself, I would never just not call someone back. I understand everyone gets busy, but no call back ever? Repeatedly and when you’re on good terms with the customer even? Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I didn’t give one star because Chris and his staff did a great job for me previous to this experience.
Unfortunately, never spoke to a lawyer and was talked over, given other competitors phone numbers(!?), and felt like I was a burden just calling to get a quote and ask questions about refinance document procedures. Additionally their policy is to first sign all documents and then bring them into their office immediately for review. Took their advice and found Katris Law Group, spoke to a friendly lawyer, was quoted a lower cost and they agreed to MEET AT OUR HOUSE(Covid19) the same time the notary will bring the documents and sit in the cold(November 2020), distanced outside while reviewing the paperwork as we sign them. Katris Law Group - friendly, thoughtful and responsive. Aiello office staff does deserve the 1 star for the wise advice...
Chris and Carla are amazing! We've used them for real estate closing on two occasions already. They're always on top of it, be it the lender, title company, or other party's attorney. They know the process in and out and are always two steps ahead.
