Does anyone actually work here? Been calling and emailing all week about the closing of my property and no answer. Was supposed to be done a week ago, no extension was sent out, both seller and buyer being kept in the dark. Based on the documents that were signed, with a set date, I resigned from my job due to moving out of state, but nothing from this firm. By far the most unprofessional firm I have ever gone through in any of the buying and selling of any of the houses I have owned. I only gave 1 start because I cannot give 0.

Alans office was 1 out of at least 10 attorney offices in Syracuse that actually called me back. I had an appointment within a week. When I met Alan he was honest, sincere,pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him if you need an attorney.

Mr. Willmes went above and beyond to get my transaction closed. Problem with an ex-spouse on the Deed? Alan had a plan of action, was clear and had great recommendations on how to handle the situation. I will be utilizing his services again many times in the future.

Alan and his staff is very easy to.woek with!! I have used his services three times and have always been pleased. I will definitely use his law office in tje future.

Working with this law firm has been slow to say the least. We have worked with Susan/Alan to try to close on a home sell, but it took months past the closing date, which is ridiculous even with this hot real estate market. Every step moves like molasses, and it feels like I had to constantly keep with them to make any progress. I would recommend looking for a different law firm if you plan to sell/buy a home, as they will cost you and your deal overall.
