I tried for several years to file and get my Out-of State Petition approved in order to get my drivers license in Tennessee. I had numerous issues from 2001-2003 posted on my driving record as well as in the National Database (including 2 DUI's and 2 revocations). After several failed attempts, I spoke with Mr. Kurash. Our initial meeting was very informative, laying out the process in detail without judgement. I agreed to retain his services and he was by my side every step of the way. He was always available if I had a question, and most times answered my questions before I even had to ask. The level of professionalism between his staff and himself exceeded expectations. I’ll try to keep this informative but short. Like a lot of people reading these reviews, I made a big mistake over three years ago getting my second DUI. I knew it was going to be a long hard road only this time it would longer, harder, and costlier than before. My first attorney for the court case was all business and not the most personable which didn’t help comfort me through this difficult time by any means. However, when it came to the next stage of the DUI, petitioning to get a restricted driving permit to try and reduce the time I’d be without my actual license, I couldn’t have been luckier. Don’t get me wrong, there’s no magic pill or person that can make your mistake vanish, that’s yours to own, but having a team like Alan, Brian, and Pam in your corner is the closest thing to magic. It was a lot of work for sure and it comes with a price but I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to anyone. From start to finish they were always helping. From the initial consultation, to the countless phone prep conversations, to the permit hearings…you don’t have to look very hard to see how good they are at what they do. With a now 8-month pregnant wife at home I’m so happy to say that because of their help I have my normal life and freedom back to take care of my wife and family. Second chances are very much real and if you’re in need of one right now let this be your sign…CALL THEM

I'd like to thank my lawyer Al Kurash for helping me regain my driving privileges. I had a difficult case in that I had three hearings on my own all of which resulted in denials. Al worked with me to address a lot of the issues and helped get all my documents in order and stuck with me through it all. I quickly found that dealing with the SOS without proper representation would not be easy and meeting with Al was refreshing and gave me the confidence to go through the process without worrying about all the red tape that is involved. During the initial meeting Al explained the process, was straightforward on the obstacles, came up with a game plan to navigate those obstacles and was always available to answer my questions along the way. I felt at ease when Al described his successful track record in dealing with the Secretary of State and we were shooting for a reinstatement on the first attempt. Al delivered exactly as promised. Losing your driving privilege is debilitating and who you choose to help restore your driving privilege is tough with everyone promising positive results. I am confident that we were successful in getting a full reinstatement on the first attempt as a direct result of Al’s in depth knowledge of the inner workings of the SOS through his employment as a prosecutor for the SOS before switching sides. I highly recommend Al if your driver’s license is suspended or revoked for whatever the reason, Al will deliver.
