Javier is the type of lawyer you can hand your case over to and breathe. I hired him for a complex order of protection hearing. When I thought the case would be overwhelming in details, he identified the right questions to filter out our winning strategy. I enjoyed watching him showcase his skill and wit in the courtroom, outsmarting the opposing counsel step by step. He was so good the other attorney left visibly frustrated and defeated. My thought was “wow, he just mopped the floor with that guy”. Some time later I consulted with him for another case I needed guidance with. He was very clear and direct about what my strategy should be. I went to court and followed his guidance, and successfully defended my case. Considering I had a completely different plan of defense, I attribute my success to his redirection and expertise. I would easily trust Javier to represent me in future cases. Gotta be the least helpful lawyer I’ve dealt with him and his assistant wouldn’t help me w my case gave me no info I scheduled 3 phone consultations and never received one call then kept canceling when I scheduled new ones and asking me if I can work around there schedule like why even have me schedule a appointment if u aren’t able to do any of the appointments then I had to ask for rehearing cuz they weren’t telling me what steps to take next and so I sent them the police reports the assistant asked for them didn’t hear back from them so I scheduled another appointment in which they canceled then they told me they can help me after two months of trying to get ahold of them bc he’s in between practices now like I will never ever go to him or refer anyone to him bc he’s doesn’t care to help atleast not me I guess and from the service I received from him I don’t know how his reviews are that good thanks for nothing tho he can’t seem to do what he gets paid for I don’t make money to do this and somehow I was the o my person trying to figure out what to do on my case now I got another hearing coming up and needa look for someone else cuz he and his assistant wasted 2 months of my time maybe pick a new profession if u dk t actually care to help 👍
