Bombarded by calls after an inquiry only to have this huge firm decline my case. Their profile ( as a company) states that they do take my kind of case however, not mine. If its not a cut and dry case, call elsewhere !

They made me feel like I matter. Everyone that I have talked to about the incident never paid attention to what I was saying. Like it didn't matter. They just wanted to know the date and time of the incident and who was involved and if we had insurance. Morgan & Morgan's staff asked me questions that made me go back to the day it happened. Things that I thought were important in the beginning but didn't mention anymore because nobody cared when I told them. I'm very happy with this decision I made to hire them. I feel really good about this now. Hopefully things go my way with their help and my prayers. Thank you Morgan & Morgan

If you need an attorney DO NOT call Morgan and Morgan in Tucson! I called and the first person, Jordi was pleasant. Sent me over to a case manager, gave her my name and was hung up on! What an unprofessional move! Y'all have a BIG problem, you're losing clients galore because of at least one person named Michelle! So, I informed family and friends, if you're in need of an attorney, STEER CLEAR of Morgan and Morgan 🥹 I say, if Morgan's customer service is lacking, imagine what's gonna happen to your case?!! I wish i could've given a -1 star...
