I had a great experience with this law firm. John Alexander was especially outstanding—he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. The entire team was professional, responsive, and supportive. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a firm that truly has your back.

I came to Alexander and Angela's for help with a personal injury case. Needless to say, I wasn't on the top of their priorities list. We are now a few yrs out, and I'm on to my second spine surgery ( I have a 4 vertebrae fusion in my cervical spine). I can't work and am losing everything. They did NOT look out for my best interest, had me take the first offer the insurance company offered.... didn't worry about me or what physical issues i would have to deal with....they have the nerve to send me a Christmas card every year, and I throw it away. I am worse off for having them "help" me. Update 6-25-2024 .. I had a 3rd fusion on my cervical spine. Every vertebrae is fused now, I'm in constant pain and probably have to go on disability. My insurance is ending 7/1/24, because i make too much money, yet my income is poverty level, I had to change professions because I can no longer physically handle it (waitress/bartender), so financially i struggle...If my lawyers would have fought for me, knowing I had a spinal injury, maybe I would atleast get medical coverage for this. They failed me miserably, made me think my injury wasn't much, and the offer was the best I would get, I'm starting to think they all work together... thanks, guys.
Owner response
Andrea: Your case was a work comp case. As you were told, WC law does not provide pain and suffering damages. Your WC compensation rate was based on your salary. Since most of your salary was paid in case (tips), you had a very low compensation rate. You agreed to the settlement and asked the Judge to approve it.
