I was involved in an accident in which I was declared 15% at fault by the adjuster. I disagreed with them about this and contacted Alex to see if there was anything I could do about it. Even after we had established that I wouldn't be using his services, Alex took his time to think about my situation and gave me his opinion on the matter and what my options are.
