My ex husband is a current client and paid up front for his fees, it has been over 2 years with no response, no communication at all. He keeps calling wanting to get his money back since it has been very long two years of nothing. They are not even local. You are suppose to be best, but honestly you are the worse legal team I have come across bye. Do the right thing and give him his money back. You should be ashamed to say you help the latino community.
At first, when I started, I thought it was a scam because they gave me a deposit, and it wasn't a small amount. It wasn't so much the deposit itself, but the way they spoke to me that worried me. I had to call the Seattle office to make sure. I explained what had happened and told them it was too much to lose. I told them it wasn't a scam, and the woman said, "I understand, but don't worry, you'll receive a receipt in your email. I'm sorry if you feel that way, but it has to be done."
And that's how it was. Thanks to everyone and to the lawyer Alexandra, this November I was able to receive my work permit. Thank you, I'm so happy!

Didn’t even get to meet with the lawyer, alone talk to her directly. Paid lot of money up front for nothing to happen. Only got to speak to the secretaries. 💀💔

This lawyer's team doesn't know anything, every time you call they don't have answers to your questions and the bad thing is that they collect all the money quickly and they don't do anything for the case, I've been with them for a year and I've never seen the lawyer, I've never spoken to her, it's all just assistants. I think that's very bad.

The worst service ever! A scam firm. In 2017, I signed a contract with Alexandra Lozano. For seven years, she never did anything for me, but she still collected my money. Fortunately, last year I consulted with my current lawyers, and they helped me get my money back in full. They had to reimburse me for everything I had paid them. Beware of this scam firm!

My mom was working with them, they do not answer calls and aren't local (never tell you that) mom got detained and then they said they couldn't help and didn't do what we paid them for. Honestly so disappointing that they take advantage of people who don't know any better and just want help.

When the process began, I felt like nothing was going to change, that it was all for nothing. But then I answered the phone and it felt like it was all a lie. Even on the way to the law firm, I felt like something was going to happen. Receiving everything felt like a weight lifted from my shoulders. I will never forget this experience. I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me. I hope God allows me to help many more people in the years to come.
