Justin and Jacob have been in the service department since I can remember and they have been the main reason for my positive experiences. They are very thorough, transparent and have amazing follow through on communicating on progress on vehicles. I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had after bringing my truck in for a simple oil change performed by a lube technician named Joshua. What should have been a routine maintenance service turned into a complete mess. When I got my truck back, the engine oil level was low, and I later discovered oil leaking from the vehicle. To make matters worse, DEF fluid had been spilled all over the side of my truck and was left there without being cleaned up. It looked like there was little to no attention to detail during the service. The most concerning part was that when I got into my truck, the interior smelled strongly like marijuana. No customer should have to wonder whether the technician servicing their vehicle was impaired or behaving unprofessionally while working on it. I trusted this shop to take care of my vehicle, but instead I left with oil leaks, a low oil level, DEF stains on my truck, and serious concerns about the professionalism of the technician who worked on it. I would not recommend having this shop, especially Joshua service your vehicle, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Had two really good experiences here. They really took care of everything and were very thorough. Both times I spoke with Ricky and he kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. He was very helpful and patient with all my questions.
