Mr. Horn is an awesome attorney and knows the ins and outs of his craft! I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney! He is very professional and caring! Through my entire ordeal he checked on me, after every surgery he checked on me! I would recommend him time and time again! His staff is amazing as well! Allwin E.Horn represented me in A workman’s comp lawsuit. He was with me every step of the way was always available to return Emails or text messages. When it finally came time for settlement he wasted no time and got the results I needed. A lot of corporations don’t value employees enough these days and when you’re seriously injured on the job you go from being a “valued “ associate to a burden in about 30 seconds. They will try every sneaky trick in the book they think they can get away with. Mr Horn was always one step ahead of them. Highly recommend for any litigation issues you may have regarding Personal Injury or workman’s compensation.
I wouldn't recommend Alwin Horn to represent my dog. He tried to get me to settle for a little bit of nothing and I have had 3 different surgeries on my arm in a year. He told me 2 different times that he would file notice of appearance for me and never did but as soon as he spoke with the opposite sides attorney he wanted me to withdraw my case for disability. He is not a man of his word and I wouldn't dare use his crooked butt for my attorney

Ms. Davis, <br>I am sorry that you are upset that I chose not to represent you. You came to me after terminating at least one prior law firm because you had a disagreement with them on the value of your case. I told you I would have to obtain their file and review the same to see if the facts you presented to me lined up with what the medical evidence and other evidence in the file showed before filing a Notice of Appearance. What you told me compared to what was in your file (produced by the previous law firm) was not the same. You and I apparently have a difference of opinion about the value of this case. Your expectations are unrealistic. It would do neither you nor my firm any good to mislead you as to what I believe the real value of your case to be. We obtained your file and advised you we would not be representing you within 12 days after receipt. I have been doing this for almost 30 years and stand by my decision not to represent you in this case. <br>
Allwin and his staff were amazing, they really took care of me with everything and fought for me.until we agreed to settle. And still to the end they were amazing. Was great having them fight for me.

They were great to work with - timely communication, extremely responsive, and knowledgeable and experienced in the law concerning my case. Once negotiations began, a resolution was reached in less than a week. I am very pleased with the process and the outcome. Can’t recommend them enough.

Where do I start? Mr. Allwin Horn and Nikki are awesome. They were professional the entire duration of my case and helpful along the way. He kept me updated on everything and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone. First time for me to ever have a Worker’s Compensation claim in my working career. Dealing with worker’s comp insurance is a nightmare so I do suggest you get an attorney involved and I highly recommend using Allwin E. Horn!

If you want to be treated like a disgusting bug on the bottom of someone’s shoe, have no compassion or communication, it’s my way or the highway yelling when you try to ask clarifying questions because you don’t understand their decision or what is going on choose these people. I did get a settlement but I essentially got no say and when I asked questions I got a tantrum. I see reviews about empathy and I literally can’t believe it at all.
So sorry for my delay. But as simple as possible. Mr Horn represented me with my workman's comp case.and I was very pleased with the work he put in during the whole process.And I was very happy with the settlement I received. Thank you Sir. God Bless
