Do not trust the TV propaganda or the 5 star review probably they all fake, I regret hiring Amanda demanda law firm, their lack of communication is terrible basically you have to call them several times a day for them to at least call you back or sometimes they dont even call, they are always busy or at lunch , the secretary that I had on the case was always lost I had to tell her what to do, not professional at all, they dont call you for updates despite whatever situation you have at the moment or what your going trough. Not helpful at all , it was a complete failure! I dont recommend at all to anyone going trough a difficult time. Not worth it.

I am leaving 3 stars for now because I still do not have any results or clear updates regarding my case. I may update this review later depending on how things progress. When I first contacted Amanda Injury Lawyers, they were very helpful. They explained what to expect, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. However, since then, communication has been disappointing. I often have to reach out myself to ask for updates about my case. I do not receive proactive calls or messages explaining what is happening or where things stand. Most of the communication seems to focus only on my medical treatment. One of my main concerns is my vehicle. At the beginning, I specifically asked whether the firm would help me communicate with the other driver's insurance company regarding the repair of my car, and I was told that they would. However, after speaking with them about this issue a couple of weeks ago, I have not received any updates, information, or guidance. When I send messages asking about my car, those questions often go unanswered. I understand that these cases take time, but I would appreciate clear communication. If the firm is not going to assist with the property damage claim, that is completely fine, I can handle it myself. I simply want a direct answer so I know what steps I need to take. I hope communication improves, and I will gladly update my review if I receive the support and information I have been waiting for.

If I could give zero stars I would.The communication was consistently poor and unresponsive I had to constantly follow up and they rarely took the initiatively to update me it took longer then it should had . Despite their assurances that they would fight for a high amount I only received 10 thousand dollars when I was told that it takes time for them to get me what I deserve they came with lots of excuses they basically ignored my call everything about amandademanda is Not real. It’s just advertising not professional whatsoever. Especially the guy dealt with Justin. Can’t even explain things correctly. Stuttering all the time. It’s ridiculous.
