Amerberg Law group was quick to help me with my car accident. I was so confused when I was struck by an SUV that failed to stop while I was riding my e-scooter through the crosswalk. I called 911 & Amerberg law right after. They immediately jumped into action. With the help of Legal Assistant Yolanda Pinon, I was able to focus on my recovery while they took care of the paperwork & phone calls between the insurance and healthcare providers. Yolanda made sure to keep me & the doctors updated on my case and often checked in with me about my treatments. They answered every one of my questions & concerns with confidence. I truly felt like she cared about my well being and not once did I feel ignored. They are willing to work with your situation to get the most compensation.

When I was in an accident, I quickly contacted Amber Law Group for help with my case. They did help me get a doctor and treatment quickly, but after that, everything changed. It took them over two years to conclude my case, and they gave me an overdraft that didn't even cover what Sheldon lost from working for a month. I told them no, that they should request more money. They said they couldn't do anything more and that I should find another lawyer, but it was too late because another lawyer didn't want the case anymore since it had already been more than two years. I called them more than 60 times during the process, but they didn't answer my calls. It was disrespectful to the client, and when they did answer, they said everything was fine. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with Amber Law Group.

Going on 3+ months without a car, the attorneys have left me on a blank on where my case is, I still yet to hear on my car that was taken by a company contracted by their behalf. No word on if it’s going to get fixed. Or when it’ll be returned. Hospitals haven’t heard from them or been able to contact them

Never get involved with Amerberg Law Group if you don’t want to lose your health and nerves. Their goal is not to protect your interests but to get as much money from you as possible.
Before signing the contract, Taras promised golden mountains. After signing the contract on 04/15/2025, I was sent to a chiropractor who “coincidentally” was in the neighboring building of Taras’s office. The chiropractor prescribed electrophoresis and electric massage without any diagnosis — no MRI, no X-ray. Although Taras, Anastasia, and this chiropractor were aware that I could only sleep sitting in a chair due to severe back pain and problems with my hip joint.
Although I had arranged everything with Taras, he said that my case was being handled by Madlen. But she did not answer calls, and every time I had to communicate again through Taras. After 29 days I found out that Madlen was not handling my case — I was simply misled.
Taras wrote to me: “The inspector examined the car and that’s all.” When I was not given information about who was handling my case and what verdict the inspector gave after examining my car, I forbade them to sign any documents without my consent until I said YES or NO. Instead of answering my questions, on May 21 Taras wrote to me asking if I was aware that he could close my case at any time without my consent. When I again asked him to answer my questions, on May 22 I received a message: “I closed your case. Find another lawyer” — without any explanation.
On June 9 Natan Amerberg stated that now my case was “definitely” being handled by Madlen. When I asked why the employees misled, ignored, and deceived me, I received the answer: “I am not responsible for them.” I repeated that they are his employees, but again received the same answer.
The MRI was done only after 58 days. Two areas were skipped completely, and where it was done, the MRI showed serious injuries. After another 11 days, when no one contacted me, I wrote to Madlen asking her to explain why and on what grounds they treated me like this. She again did not respond, and later I received a letter dated June 24 in which Natan Amerberg informed me that my case was closed.
The result of cooperation with Amerberg Law Group:
bill for MRI — $3,500,
my car was sent to a paid parking lot without my consent — bill $2,500 + $45 for each day of downtime,
treatment has still not been appointed. I refused to attend the chiropractor, directly emphasizing that I would no longer go without a diagnosis only for the sake of receipts so that they could later present them to the insurance company.
The car is still standing in the paid parking lot, nothing has been resolved for me with the insurance company of the at-fault driver, and what they decided for themselves — I have no idea, since my case was refused to be given back to me.
I have evidence for everything I have stated.
I thought that the laws were written equally for everyone. But, as it turns out, not for them.

Hello, I would like to know if Ms. Maria, who is rude and ill-mannered, works at this firm. I would like to know who the lawyer or manager is so I can tell her to find more professional and polite people. This person never answers, yells at people, and is unhelpful, which is why I'm giving her one star. But poor Amerberg Law Group, please find more polite people. Thank you.
