EDIT: Hazim, one of the lawyers in the practice, called me back this afternoon and went over everything including the next steps needed. He also offered an explanation on what may have happened with the lapse of communication. I appreciate their cooperation and looking forward to continue working w them. Any time I call them it usually goes to voicemail, I still dont have one single person who is supposed to be my case manager. I understand these things take time but its near impossible getting updates. Tons of voicemails, them theyll call back to tell them theyll call me back again with an update, which never happens. A new person who makes contact everytime (which is very rare). I just want updates and honesty. Not sure why thats difficult.
