Choosing the right law firm to represent me and my work comp case was very time consuming, it took alot of research
and consisted of alot of interviews. Selecting Amy G as my law firm to represent me and my work comp case came from family and friends who reccomend their law firm. As I was interviewing those recommend law firms and others that I found on my own, I selected Amy G. The receptionist that I initially talked with was name Velma or Priscilla who answered the phone with great manners and customer service. As I asked my initial questions they were patient, understanding and listened inventively so they could get me to the correct paralegal. Sherri was who I was transferred to she answered my questions and encouraged me to set up a face to face meeting. Right before I set up a face to face meeting I let Sherri know the process of selecting a attorney has been very stressful, and the receptionist Velma or Priscilla and Sherri were making me feel very at ease. Once coming to Amy G's office for the face to face interview and seeing how the receptionist, and Sherri treated me with dignity and respect I knew I was in the right place and Amg G was going to be my legal representation. Sherri introduced me to my attorney Clark, and they both assured me that they would love to represent me and my wife. Through the whole process of Amy G representing me Sherri was very attentive, organized, punctual, and detailed orientated. She kept in contact with me on a regular couple of days basis, via email, phone calls and U.S. mail. Clark and Sherri was assigned to my husband's work comp case. Clark was our attorney and Sherri was our paralegal. The work comp process is long and drawn out, Clark and Sherri made the process bearable for my husband and I. I don't think anyone is ever prepared to be in an accident or have one occur to them. When you're faced with the unknown of how to handle an accident, the idea of going to a group or team to pay them to handle things was not something I would have ever considered. Given my situation, trying to track down a hit and run person was not something I wanted to take on myself. I needed and wanted help for Justice's sake.
After gathering a list of possible firms to connect with and getting quotes, I felt my call with Brenda at Amy G left me feeling not only heard but supported in ways the other firms I had called didn't. This also helped ease my mind with the idea of letting someone else take over/run the show. I had the chance to work with Ivonne who kept me updated on my case weekly and any news that came in. I had the opportunity to speak with Spencer who answered all my questions from a legal perspective and get perspective on my situation - I requested he worked my case alongside Ivonne and felt the team was a great match.
Outside of my appointments/healing time, I was able think less and less about the accident and get back to living. Trauma takes time to heal but if you are constantly wrapped up with it then you can't really heal until you release. With the invaluable gratitude I walked away with still having my life I wanted to focus on healing and progressing. Working with a firm, and in this case, working with Amy G helped me navigate this by taking everything off of my plate.

If I could pass one piece of advice out to folks outside of "shopping" around if you choose to go a similar route that I took, but having someone to help you with the decisions goes a long way.

I worked w/ Jenny Rosales to help coordinate services after a rather severe car accident. I was mostly incapacitated to complete any work or record needed information pertaining to the accident; no immediate family was near enough to be available for help. As a young resident this made me uncertain how to move forward with getting accident help. Jenny took the time to meet with me in person to make a plan and then worked to coordinate my clinical referrals for required therapy with ease and professionalism.
Jenny routinely checked up on my health and recovery during our time as the case was open for over a year. At no time did Jenny or the legal team rush/pressure me to speed up recovery for the sake of settlement, and showed me resources to help continue recovery if my and the at-fault party insurance maximums were met. This provided me with a superior level of confidence that my recovery and personal opinion was a priority!

I am completely disappointed is this law firm they have had my case for about 1 1/2 years now. The original person who was working on my case was let go for not keeping things in order she was constantly forgetting information or losing things I sent over. By the time my case was reviewed it was denied because of the lack of information she initially provided them. Then I was giving a new person and had to resend everything overt over to her because they couldn’t find my information. My case was sent out again the adjuster sent it to a medical review and denied it again and the lawyer withdrew instead of filling a lawsuit!! I feel as if the original person would have provided the information the first time when they received the information, it would have been a different outcome but because it was handled incorrectly in the beginning now I am at a loss because it it to late to establish a case with someone else! Highly disappointed at the amount of care for my situation.

Always keep in communication with me as to what was going on with the insurance. I was hurt at work and my work com was not paying for my medical. A friend of my was hurt on his job. We started to talk and I told him how it was going. He then gave me the number to call them. Adjusting my review- as the ick has kinda set in here. After some last minute details changed, I was not able to get the entire amount that I had agreed to, and was told that when/if that happened they would reach out to me and let me know. Well, no one ever did so I finally emailed them, and rather than even responding to my email, someone called to verify my address and then I received the other half… truly makes me wonder if anyone would have sent me the other half of my settlement had I not continued to do the work.
I also feel like there should have been better direction given to me during the process and I would have wound up in a much better position given the circumstances of my case.
The first review I left, the sat with me while I made it, and then verified that I had- not the best way to get honest reviews- especially since they were giving away target gift cards if you did.

I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less. These lawyers do absolutely nothing. Two months have passed since I hired them, and they've never called me to tell me how my case is going. They only told me later, "The lady doesn't have coverage, there's nothing we can do," and that was it. I lost the opportunity to get a lawyer who would actually fight for my rights. I lost everything: my car, the tools that were in it, ambulance and hospital bills, plus the time I've been out of work, and I'm left with a broken nose.

I was hurt at work and my employer took 2 weeks to file a claim. I contacted the firm because I was afraid I wouldn't be paid for my time that I was out of work. FC and LS were able to get me a settlement. They answered questions almost daily over the phone. I would also say the receptionists there were always pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to others.

Everyone here is so nice and a pleasure to work with. They helped me get a great settlement after I was hit by a drunk driver. They were always very responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions.
This is my second time working with this firm and although is not ideal that I’ve been in two accidents I couldn’t have been more grateful to have them on my side. They are super attentive and they truly made me feel cared for. I would recommend them to anyone if you are in a bad situation such as an accident you need this firm to be on your side and look out for you and your best interest I promise you won’t regret it.
2 years ago I was injured in a slip and fall accident and the insurance company provided zero money for the entries. The gaiennie law firm, via Stewart gave us $300,000 after the legal process was done. Stewart was a master at the legal process and he appeared to have fun in the process too. We would hope we never have another lawsuit, but if we do this is the place to go.

I went to the Gaienne Law Firm with my injury case. When the insurance company refused to settle, the Gaienne Law Firm dropped me as a client, I think it's because the litigators at the Gaienne Law Firm considered my $18000 case too small to actually go to court with and not worth their while, when at the beginning I was told that I had a good case. I feel abandoned by The Gaienne Law Firm and do not recommend them.

I worked w/ Jenny Rosales to help coordinate services after a rather severe car accident. I was mostly incapacitated to complete any work or record needed information pertaining to the accident; no immediate family was near enough to be available for help. As a young resident this made me uncertain how to move forward with getting accident help. Jenny took the time to meet with me in person to make a plan and then worked to coordinate my clinical referrals for required therapy with ease and professionalism.
Jenny routinely checked up on my health and recovery during our time as the case was open for over a year. At no time did Jenny or the legal team rush/pressure me to speed up recovery for the sake of settlement, and showed me resources to help continue recovery if my and the at-fault party insurance maximums were met. This provided me with a superior level of confidence that my recovery and personal opinion was a priority!
Upon the closing of therapies and recovery, Jenny helped re-educate me on the case status, costs expended, and projected estimates related to the accident settlement so that I was not caught off guard by the payouts. As a professional, Jenny was courteous, resourceful, polite, tactful, punctual and quite pleasant. Being injured on the job is not only painful but also uncharted territory for me. Luckily I have a roommate (Alex) who is employed by the Gaienne Law Office and he put me in contact with them! Sherry was incredible helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did she explain the process to me but also helped me with my unemployment and insurance. She was always very responsive to my emails and calls. Another attorney on my case was Clark. He was always available to talk even after business hours. My husband, children and I were in an accident in 2015 and were referred to this law firm by our insurance agent. We initially were told that Amy would be out lawyer then we were transferred to 3 other lawyers. When we were transferred to the last lawyer we decided not to use them at all.

I wasn't going to file a claim or pursue any legal matters. However the adjusters for the insurance company of the trucker that rear ended my vehicle were very bully like. After two years of them calling me frequently and insisting that I do this and that, and demanding that I settle their "case" for almost nothing, I finally went to the Gaiennie Law Office. The attorney assigned to my case was Sean Smith. He made the process simple. I really was afraid this would take a bunch of my time, but it took hardly any effort on my part at all. I was surprised by the ease of the whole process and in the end I received 10 times what the adjusters were trying to get me to sign off on. If they had just left me alone and not badgered me, I would have never sicked an attorney on them. As it turned out, I'm sure glad I did! A big word of thanks to Sean Smith!!!

The G law office has been amazing to me since I walked in the door. My car accident was awful and the adjuster working my case ended up getting my car CRUSHED without accessing it for damage or property value. The adjuster dragged their feet but my lawyer did everything in her power to get them punished and get me a settlement I could agree on. It would have been a long frustrating process without them. After getting rear ended by a distracted driver, our car was totaled and we had headaches and whip lash to attended to. We were stressed about the thought of how to deal with the situation. For no cost, we talked with Attorney Gorgy Alhasoon, who walked us through the process of a car accident and how the insurance companies operate.
We then decided to have him take on our case, which was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders, while we dealt with the important stress of getting healthy again and getting some normalcy back to our lives. We are grateful to the whole team at the Gaiennie Law Offices who helped answer all our questions and fight for us. I would strongly recommend anyone who has been in an accident to at least call and get some advice at a minimum and definitely utilize their services.

Who writes these reviews? I always wonder that myself. Well, I'm just an average guy that lives in Littleton. I was involved in a complex situation with a hail damaged car that was then rear ended a week after the hail storm. I was faced with dealing with two separate insurance companies (fighting over who was responsible for what) plus the doctor and associated bills. I work a normal job and have a life and had no time to deal with all of that. I called Gaiennie Law and they help me through the whole process. They helped me get a rental, advised me on the proper path for medical issues, and got my truck fixed. They made the whole process super easy which allowed me to focus on getting healthy and back to work.
