Everything was done wrong from the beginning of dealing with Andrade law offices. It took 4 years from the accident I had to get a resolution in court and I ended up getting screwed in the end anyway. Terrible terrible experience

I had a bike accident. Another car turned into the bike lane and it was their fault. Also, my insurance did not cover anything, so I had to pay all the medical bills out of my pocket. So, I called Andrade Law firm to look into my case. At first, it was quite promising. Taylor said they would take the case, call the hospital to postpone the bills due date, etc. After I signed the contract, their attitude changed. They didn't respond my emails or phone calls. It took them a few months to get the police report. Honestly, I am not sure if they got the police report, because they didn't show me anything. Once, Taylor said SBPD is showing us the footage of the intersection. Then he said there is no footage available. Then he said SBPD is not providing the police report. And finally said the police report is inconclusive. Overall, before signing the contract they were quite responsive and promising, but after taking my case they were anything but professional and responsive. I had a really bad experience working with them. Edit: your response is absolutely untrue and reflects exactly your unprofessional attitude. First, if you had done all this work, why didn't you tell me at the time, and why am I not aware of any of them?! Maybe because you are just making them up, just now?! I had to email you and call you several times to follow up on my case. Besides, I called you two days after the accident and signed the contract 9 days after. So, me not contacting a lawyer soon enough is absolutely not true and just a lame excuse. Second, not billing me for whatever you did (which was insignificant) was according to the contract. You didn't do me any favor!! Third, regarding witnesses, several bystanders called 911 and they dispatched an ambulance. But you told me there was no trace of any call on the 911 call logs. Which means you did not even bother to inquire the 911 call logs. Anyway, I wish I could hire a helpful and professional lawyer after, but you stalled me for too long that it was very late.

I contacted Andrade Law Offices after I sustained a serious head injury from being hit by a bouncer in a nightclub. Andrade Law Offices obtained almost $1M in a settlement during the mediation process. The attorneys and staff did an excellent job with my case. The real blessing came in 2018, when the courts of Santa Barbara said that I owed $4,000 in court fees and fines. I am a cancer patient and I am on disability, money that I didn't have to pay the city of Santa Barbara. I contacted the andrade law office and asked for their assistance. they were compassionate enough to represent me in the matter for a minimal fee, monies that I just did not have. They were very friendly on phone, was very hard to find a reliable person to help my case when I was across the coast. I believe my case was dismissed even before it went into a courtroom.
