Absolutely HORRIBLE Attorney. Do not trust him with your legal matters.
I write this after 14 years of me having a very unique case and fighting the racist justice system in Santa Barbara which was against Arnie tokes and Judge George Eskins. I am very appreciative of Carty. He kept his word my case has been expunged for awhile . Even though my case was a wobbler they decided to give me a felony for an accessory after the fact P.C 32. The reason I write these is to encourage my latino people to look here first as I was fighting criminal and immigration charges. Carty is very professional and will fight for his clients again with everything going on right now and ICE I suggest you look into attaining his practice if needed . THANKS AGAIN I HOPE ALL IS WELL FROM IOWA!
