I feel bad to no that I pay them 3,500$to remove the 2 years condition off my green card, when I get the interview letter and go before the immigration lawyer she asks me y is my attorney stating over my case when all he as to do is remove the 2 years condition, because of what the attorney did I could not get the 10 years green card, I cry that day real bad. When I get home I find this next attorney and all he did was remove the 2 years condition, the day of my interview the attorney came with me it went well thanks God for them I get my 10 years green card. It did costs me a mex 2500$ but that find. is a good thing I move Florida
We have worked with attorney Andres Cerritos in the past and recently. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The process was very easy and clear. The attorney was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the case. He explained each step to me and patiently answered all my questions. Thanks to his excellent work, I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking legal services.
I wish I had read the bad reviews of this lawyer before paying for a consultation. He has no empathy and treats you rudely, and that's just for a consultation—imagine what he'd be like if he took on your case. I found it strange that this lawyer doesn't have social media, and I can imagine why: he probably wouldn't have good reviews. Read the bad comments, and I truly believe it would be better to hire a lawyer who is kind, since these are very sensitive matters. Please think twice before hiring this lawyer; I doubt he has any sensitivity towards your cases. It was a horrible experience dealing with him. I would never recommend him, and I hope this lawyer reads these bad reviews and changes his attitude! Improve your treatment of the people who pay for your so-called advice!
He was recommended to my husband by a coworker, we are happy that his residence process took about 4-5 months, it wasn't much communication needed, but if phone wasn't answered it, we had the call back from them or we could text as well, besides the price is very affordable compared to other immigration lawyers.
Thank you for your help on this process 🙏🏻
Hello, I'm sharing my experience with attorney Andrés Cerritos. On May 29th, my wife, Silvia Damian, had her appointment in Ciudad Juárez, and unfortunately, her visa was denied because this attorney didn't have her fingerprints checked. As a result, she was denied a visa for life, leaving behind a husband and four children. Our family was torn apart, and his explanation was that attorney Jerry asked my wife if she had been caught with any documents or anything like that, and since my wife said no, that's why he never had her fingerprints checked. I know someone who was never stopped by immigration, and they never took his fingerprints, yet his attorney still had them checked not once, but twice, to ensure there was nothing on his record for a guaranteed visa. I'm seriously considering suing him for negligence and filing a complaint with the Bar Association, and from there, a civil lawsuit. I swear on my children that this won't go unpunished. I will proceed legally, even if it takes time and money. I will never forgive them for separating my family. Go to another attorney. If I could give a rating... The lower the rate, the better, and don't pay him in cash, because a paid musician who doesn't play well... you think I'm ignorant, but you're very wrong.
I want to congratulate Mr. Andrés Cerritos
for his wonderful work, his honesty, his respect, and his high work ethic. Thank you so much for handling my case for over 10 years and never failing me. May God continue to give you strength so that we Latinos can follow your example. Thank you to your entire team. Thank you so much, Attorney Andrés Cerritos.
They handled my case very professionally, with a reasonable fee and excellent service. All my questions were answered promptly. Jerry was very kind and professional. Thank you!

My husband was able to get his residency in 3 years.
The service was great!! And Vonya answered our emails quickly if we had a question. 100% recommended!
I submitted my husband's residency application in November 2021, and thank God we received an appointment for December 4, 2024!
