Not happy with services! Too many different assistants and staff over turn! He doesn’t know his fees ?! Very convoluted!

As of today, September 5, 2025, I have received a certified check for just $1,343 from an $18,000 settlement, which is quite disappointing. After enduring my injuries and waiting for such a lengthy period, I strongly recommend that anyone in need of legal representation choose their lawyer with great care. Ultimately, I am the one who has suffered, receiving less than 10% of the $18,000 settlement. If I could give a negative 0 review, I would give them that rating.

I hired Andy Van Le after a workplace injury when the insurance company was dragging its feet. Andy was straightforward and confident. He and his staff handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. The final settlement was far more than the first offer I received.

Do not do business with this office for 6 months now they have passed me around to case workers who cant keep the information organized to move forward on my case. They will make you do all the communication and leg work to get your care plans then have zero follow through to get you updates on your case or any plan of action. Ill be seeking legal help at another office who can actually do their jobs to win a rear ended accident case. The fact that these people only care about their cut and not about your health and well being says all it needs to. You wont get the help you need to get insurance to pay for your recovery care after an accident.

45k settlement...17k for med bills...20k for van le..u make the math for myself...and that was after we went to arbitration because I was going to get less....I don't recommend him...selfish, unprofessional and unethical... make sure you read the contract b4 u sign
