My experience with Reyes Law Firm has been absolutely unacceptable. After dealing with them for over a year, I can honestly say it has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any business. There was constant turnover—paralegals and attorneys changed repeatedly, and I was later told many had been fired. This chaos made my case drag on far longer than it should have and created constant confusion. It felt like no one ever truly understood my case because it was constantly being handed off. Communication was consistently awful. I asked multiple times to speak with an attorney or supervisor and never got through to anyone. Instead, I was routed to call center staff who could not provide real answers. Nothing was explained clearly, and I felt ignored and dismissed throughout the entire process. To make matters worse, the compensation offered to us did not reflect the months of therapy, lost time, and real impact this accident had on my family. My son missed about two months of work, and we received nothing for that hardship. Meanwhile, the passenger in the same accident—who did not go to the hospital, attend therapy, or deal with ongoing issues—was offered the same amount we were. It made no sense and felt incredibly unfair. This entire ordeal has been exhausting, stressful, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Reyes Law Firm to anyone. I hope the firm’s leadership takes a serious look at the lack of communication, accountability, and organization within their office so no other family has to go through what we did. Never again!
