I would go with someone else. 4 months to produce a 3 page agreement between my spouse and I. Nice... but seemed really passed over by her. Unresponsive to calls and emails. Be ready for frustration to get anything done.
Allow me to share my experience: I had a consultation with Mrs. Martinkus in which she immediately appeared to be intetested in representing me, we talked in " great detail"... I had a 2nd consultation 2 days later, 1 day prior to court proceedings, in which I was asked questions & had to continuously remind her that, I had previously answered the question or already provided the information. I submitted over 10 pieces of "original" documentation, that she was to copy & return to me, I received only 3 pieces of the documentation back. I have yet to hear back from her since the court proceedings, I have not received a official bill, so she's still in possession of my full retainer fee & the court is still waiting for finalized documentation to be submitted. Do NOT retain services from Anne Martinkus unless you are okay with a uninvested, mentally pre-occupied attorney who lacks decorum & professionalism!!! UPDATE... After a week of leaving messages, I received a call back from Mrs. Martinkus, only after I threatened to submit a stop payment with my financial institution. I was requesting a final bill and for my original documents to be returned to me... Well guess what--- She misplaced them!!! ANNE MARTINKUS IS A JOKE!!! You have been warned-
