I truly can’t say enough good things about Ard Ardalan, Emily Norton, and Jessica Segura. This team has been absolutely phenomenal throughout my entire case. Back in May 2023, I was hit by a driver who ran a red light while I was going through a green. I ended up being taken by ambulance to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center and was left dealing with not only injuries and a totaled car, but a massive medical bill. I tried doing it on my own at first, but it was clear I was out of my league and was jumping through hoops trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was overwhelming, to say the least. From day one, Ard, Emily, and Jessica stepped in and took charge. They fought tooth and nail with Progressive, the other driver’s insurance, and took on Round Rock Hospital directly when it became clear they mishandled my billing. Through all of it, they were communicative, compassionate, and incredibly sharp. Emily and Jessica kept me informed at every step, answered every question I had, and made sure I never felt like I was going through this alone. I honestly don’t know how I could’ve managed any of this without them. They went above and beyond, not just as legal representatives, but as people who genuinely cared. I was mauled by a dangerous dog 3 years ago. The owner raised the dog to be a guard dog and didnt have a proper latch on the gate. Ard came through and won my case, and I'm forever grateful. If I could give more stars I would.
