When I chose this law firm it started off great they were informative the admin was great . They kept me up with my case . Then things took a turn with the lawyer where I was doing g the work in gathering my documents . I spoke to a manager and they got me the information I had been requesting . I was given a litigations lawyer and that’s when things looked up for the BEST! Dana Nichols is the truth she was bright bubbly and very honest but I felt she would fight for me and fight with me. She got me More than I expected and she knew I was honest and had integrity . She met me with those same characteristics ! She even wrote me this beautiful card along with handing my check!!!!!! This team was attentive, compassionate and communicative throughout the litigation process. Mr Diamond did an exceptional job negotiating with blue cross blue shield insurance company. I was hit head on and had multiple surgeries. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and a week in inpatient rehabilitation then in a wheelchair for another 2 months. I was happy to not need to worry about all the legal end of this and could focus on recovery.
