I used them to help file for bankruptcy years ago. I was nervous and scared going into the court to decide if I was able to file and america's husband was there to represent me, I have anxiety and started to cry because I was having an anxiety attack and he scolded me telling me he survived cancer this was nothing to cry about and made me even more anxious. A year or so later I had to go before the bankruptcy board because I had gotten behind by 2 or 3 payments (due to being out of work from a work related injury). I called the office NUMEROUS times to find out if I needed to go as well as them and what I needed to bring if I did. They NEVER contacted me back to tell me so I went just in case, he was late and they talked to me alone and we made arrangements for the back payments.He SCALED me IN FRONT of the board for showing up saying if he needed me to show up he would tell me. The board told him to leave me alone and had someone walk me out so he would leave me alone. This is the WORST law office I have ever seen and would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy!

Extremely unprofessional. Shamed my wife for personal financial reasons while she was actioning the sale of my home as I could not be there due to military training. She had full legal right to action the sale of my home and they made her feel as though she was not welcome and wrong. Abusive practice. Never work with this company.

America will take your money, do a half assed job, fail to follow up, and charge you for their mistake. Edit to response: Of course you don’t…. proving my point.
