I had a great experience to begin with everybody was so kind I intentionally avoided calling them all the time because I know they have a lot of work to do and I know they have a lot of clients but as the months went on I hadn't heard nothing about an update or anything so I called 21 times and no one ever got back in touch with me and finally I called one day and they connected me was a lawyer Craven her last name was cmCraven and she updated me on everything and told me that she would no longer be my lawyer I don't know who my lawyer is I don't know where my case stands the last I heard it was sent to the medical team and I've been calling ever since then to find out I don't call to pester anybody or to interfere with their jobs I just want to know what's going on with my case takes 2 minutes that's all that and I'm fine you know with that I just wish somebody would take the time to do it that's the only complaint I have other than that I'm very well pleased with your firm and I apologize for having to contact your office so many times but I just need information couple of minutes of someone's time to let me know what's going on that's all thank you very much have a blessed day

They do not return your phone calls at all I have a major law suit I’ve been trying to reach them but can’t get thru to any one it’s been well over two months this is like the craziest thing ever. I feel like I’m being scammed.

The experience that I have with Natalie is great she’s always giving me calls checking in on me seeing how I’m doing and giving me up dates on my case and I really appreciate it thank you.
