I called for help and answers and all the front desk lady told me was that it was a conflict of interest. I gave them my name, last name, address, ect. Poorly handled by the staff.
Owner response
This is not a review by a client of our firm. I am sorry that we were not able to assist you. However, if our firm has assisted an opposing party in your case or has information on an opposing party, it creates a conflict, which prevents our attorneys from representing you, or even providing you with legal information or advice. <br>
I lost my father almost a year ago and ARLaw Partners was there to help me through the probate process as seamless as possible. Dustin and team were not only empathetic to my situation but were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I rarely leave reviews but this experience requires a positive review. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to handle any situation that requires legal counsel. Thank you again Dustin and team!
Owner response
Thank you for the kind words. We are happy that we were able to help
I would like to thank ARlaw. I recently purchased a house and asked my realtor to put the house into my trust, which they failed to do. I called ARlaw and spoke to Katie Freeman an attorney for ARlaw. She asked me some questions and to provide some information. Katie was all over it and had it done in a snap. The whole process was quick and painless. The people I met in the office were very nice and professional. If I need help in the future, I will be calling Katie’s team!
Thank you!

Thank you Ronni for the kind words. We are glad that Kaite and her staff were able to help.
Dustin and his staff assisted my family with a family probate case. They were a pleasure to work with. We had to work w/ other lawyers in other states outside of Arkansas and Dustin's team was BY FAR the easiest to work with and most affordable. Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend Dustin Duke for legal representation. My partner, Michael, and I have been dealing with a complicated situation involving his mother, Claire, who sold him a house in 2020, leaving it in poor condition and filled with her belongings. Claire had previously removed several items from the property but, upon learning of a citation issued by the city regarding structural issues, she submitted a new list of demands for additional items. We declined to fulfill these demands on that specific date, but we never stated that she could not retrieve her items at a later time. When we declined, she sought legal representation, and her lawyer turned out to be Mr. Duke, who is in a personal relationship with Michael’s sister, Heather. Mr. Duke attempted to conceal their relationship, acting as though he had no ties to the family and seeming confused by the differences between Michael and his siblings. This raised significant concerns about conflicts of interest. Furthermore, Mr. Duke failed to disclose his personal connection to the family, which we believe influenced his handling of the case. Given the sensitive nature of the situation, including threats from Claire and the ongoing stress, we could not rely on Mr. Duke’s objectivity or professionalism. As a result, we advise against utilizing Mr. Duke specifically.
I was going through a tough divorce and Dustin made the legal process seamless for me. He is an experienced lawyer with a wealth of advice and guidance for any case you may have!

Thank you Theo for the kind words. We are happy that Mr. Duke was able to help you.
Dustin, Ashton, and the rest of their team did a terrific job handling the probate of my dad's estate. I really appreciate all of their work, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Owner response
Beth, thank you for the kind words. I am glad we were able to help
I was assigned to Katie Freeman, and it was great at first. Once paperwork was completed, Kayla provided me with someone else's court case, which, when I realized the mistake I returned promptly to make sure my court case wasn't given to that individual or someone else (very unprofessional). I let Kayla know and all she could say was "oops sorry". Once I paid my retainer, their communication method quickly declined to pretty much nothing. Communication is unprofessional and mostly non exsistant especially with Amanda; Emails, phone calls and messages go unanswered where you have to physically go down to the office to figure out what's going on. Annoying to say the least, especially when you paid this firm thousands just be ignored, or thinking you had a scheduled time with your attorney only to sit and watch that "scheduled time" come and go..Scheduling was never accomplished with Katie, even when you're standing in front Amanda making the appointment- Hey Amanda heres a thought, call the client and be honest about mistakes-right?-. I really wanted to like this law firm and give a good review but, I can't. Inept firms don't qualify. Waste of money! I would recommend a smaller firm. Or, a firm that has staff with basic competency.
They answered all my questions and got my divorce finalized in record time. 10/10 experience with Kayla and Katie. I really appreciated the way the took care of my case.
