I was advised by the receptionist Amanda that I need to hire an out of state attorney for my arkansas legal matter concerning my children born here. I wished to speak to an attorney to inquire about exceptions to the residency rule and my rights as legal guardian stated by our law 9-10-113. Maybe I do need to hire legal counsel out of state but I'd much rather been told that in the free consultation and not by the receptionist who believes she has the best advice for my unique situation.
