I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Aldereguia. Not only did I feel my case wasn’t taken seriously, but communication was practically nonexistent. I would call the office many times over the course of 6 months and left messages, none of which were returned. It was extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially when I was seeking legal help during a stressful situation. My concerns were dismissed, and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism from the attorney. Also not to mention the fact that he flat out lied to me. So because of how poorly this was handled, I’m in the process of filing a formal complaint with the state bar. I would strongly advise others to consider different legal representation—someone who will treat your case with the attention and respect it deserves.
