I am extremely disappointed and upset with this law firm. How does an attorney receive more money than the actual person who was hurt and suffered? That makes absolutely no sense to me. The settlement is supposed to help the injured client recover and move forward, yet somehow the attorney walks away with more money than the client. On top of that, attorney fees are taken out of the total settlement amount first, before the client even has a chance to see what remains. Why aren’t the medical bills and necessary expenses paid first, with the remaining balance then fairly divided? Instead, the client is left with far less while the law firm profits the most. I trusted this firm to represent my best interests, but instead I feel misled, overlooked, and taken advantage of. The lack of transparency regarding fees and the final distribution was extremely disappointing. Clients deserve honesty, fairness, and a clear understanding of where every dollar is going. I strongly encourage anyone seeking legal representation to ask detailed questions about attorney fees, settlement deductions, and payout structures before signing anything. No injured person should walk away from a settlement feeling like the law firm benefited more from their pain and suffering than they did.

Call to get a case started today and the lady I spoke to was very rude. Tried to tell her my story to understand what type of maritime attorney I needed and if they could help me. She cut me off twice and just said “are you looking to hire us for your case” Unacceptable demeanor and attitude when trying to get info on the right attorney for a slam dunk case.

My son was apart of a Risperdal case, for 10 years, and other lawyers don't want to hear it because they all work together? And I had my son not to sign the final of the contract because they Re-Evaluate your case as they did my son And they can determine what you have to pay of 70% of the settlement offer and 40% to Administrative cost, "AND DON'T FORGET THE HOLD BACK FUND" I got Brittany Clark admitting. And if you have a issue with one of there colleuges they'll force to keep that colleague on board to intimated as Ashley did with my son and Brittany is saying there's not much in the hold back fund! LIes, Lies and more Lies is what this LAWFIRM does! There's No Money to give because they used it for there benefit because their hoping the clients don't catch on to the scheme there doing?? And convincing clients to sign to pay for there debts! FOR GOD SAKE THERE PROBABLY IN DEBT WITH CREDIT CARD! LOL 😂 😂 😂 and they can't help to Lie thats what makes them dishonest lawyer's!
