If you want somebody to hold your hand and tell you everything‘s going to be OK and then apologize later when things go wrong this is the wrong team to hire but if you want someone who tells you the truth who treats you with respect and who fights for you and for your kids with integrity and commitment then you would be blessed to have Mr LaCilento at your back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I feel like I wasted my money.

It's been over a year since my son passed away in DCFS's custody and Art still has not bothered to get me, a copy of my son's entire case file, DCFS's file, my son's medical or mental health records, nothing. I keep telling him that I want my father-in-law to be my 16 year old daughter's legal guardian, just to be done with court, but he keeps pushing for reunification prolonging this case further. I've told him, these social workers are not giving us referrals for free classes, they remove our names from the list on days we have to test. They're NOT going to help us get our teenager back because of what happened to our son. I have evidence of the social workers trying to cover up their mistakes by altering documents and falsifying reports. Art doesn't want to hear anything about this because Art used to be one of them as county council, fighting to keep children away from their parents and now he's "representing parents" Art was loud and aggressive in court but also when he spoke to me. I was just released from the hospital with a diagnosis of major depression disorder, recurrent, severe with psychotic symptoms after losing my first born son and then Art wants to intimidate me by threatening to stop representing me if I didn't settle and then lied that it wouldn't effect my lawsuit. After reading my review on Yelp, Art filed a motion to withdraw as my attorney. Him and Vincent Davis are one in the same.
