Rip off. $300 for a phone consultation I cant even afford, let alone $1000 an hour services. Wasted my time and took $300 charge, just for useless advices that I already got from a FREE consultation. I tried to hire a lawyer and assumed I paid $300 for services to help file, not for advices only!

We are disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding what the consultation would cover.<br><br>We aim to be transparent about our billing from the outset. Our general practice is for all individuals to complete and sign a consultation intake sheet that clarifies the consultation is $300 and is for one (1) hour prior to the consultation being scheduled or payment being collected. <br><br>We also wish to clarify our private (non-union or legal program affiliation) hourly billing rate at this time is $375 per hour for partners and $325 per hour for associate attorneys, not $1,000 per hour as stated in the review. We understand legal matters are a significant investment that can be full of unpleasant surprises, and we strive for our billing practices to never be one of those surprises. <br><br>We previously offered to resolve your dissatisfaction, and that offer is still open.
