As personal representative to my uncles estate, I initially had thought about handling the process myself. After thinking on it I realized that it would be better to have professional assistance. AtCause Law was awesome and ensured that all requirements were met as well as collected. All information and monetary details were sorted out and then ensured the distribution of assets went smoothly. This was all done for one flat fee. I retained AtCause for estate planning documents. AtCause was very thorough. Sarah spent ample time with me and my wife explaining the details of each document. Sarah was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our estate plan, will, health care directives, beneficiary considerations, etc.. She took time to patiently answer our numerous questions. I never felt rushed. AtCause advertises themselves as "Not Stuffy". Thats very accurate. To my wife and I they were low key, no pressure, easy to interact with. I did compare prices at a couple of other law firms and AtCause was fairly priced. Estate planning certainly is not the most pleasant chore but overall AtCause made it relatively painless and we are very satisfied with the service and the finished product.

Completely unprofessional firm that has no clue what it’s doing. Their assistants make decisions and give out completely false information. They send out mandatory questionnaires to fill in your requests and then have a meeting that asks exactly the same questions. I was helping my elderly aunt with estate planning and she specifically told them she wants me involved. They wouldn’t honor her verbal request and speak with me or even cc me on emails. She then was told it had to be in writing so she completed that online. Even after that the assistant (Rachel) told me my Aunt needed to be alone and i could not be on the next call. Too bad they took my aunts money already. FIND ANOTHER FIRM!.... response to their reply.. once you do the paperwork requested i will be a de facto client since i will have a durable POA for my Aunt as she desired and expressed. Assuming you get the paperwork correct.
