Man, Big Al was amazing from day one he answered the phone first time I called or always called me first. I never had to call him if I went to a different appointment. I never had to call him and say hey I went to a different place he would call me like as soon as I was leaving an appointment to check up on me. I mean this man is awesome. The insurance company was tough and he did the impossible. I mean he was just excellent man. I never thought my case would turn out the way it turned out like I would’ve been happy with half the turn out man. He was just amazing and got me all the help I needed man and I had passed injuries that I felt like they were going to not even treat me and because the injuries were worse because of this accident this man was amazing man.
