Title: Unprofessional, Uncommunicative, and Incompetent - My Nightmare Experience My experience with this law firm was a complete disaster from start to finish. After my car accident, I was looking for a team to help me through a difficult time, but instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and a shocking lack of communication. From the beginning, I felt like my case was just one of many, and not a priority. My calls and emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, and when I finally did get a response, it was from a different person every time. It was clear that my file was just being passed around, and no one was actually taking the time to understand the specifics of my situation. The most frustrating part was the utter lack of progress. Months went by with no updates. When I demanded to know what was happening, I was met with vague excuses and conflicting information. It felt like they were just stalling, and I had no faith that they were actually working to get me the compensation I deserved. Ultimately, I decided to fire the firm and find new representation. The process was messy, and they were uncooperative in handing over my case files. I truly believe that their incompetence and negligence cost me valuable time and money. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal help for a vehicle accident to avoid this firm at all costs.

My case with Daspit Law Firm started two years ago and was ultimately settled. The staff were always professional and helpful — they even arranged Ubers for my appointments, which I really appreciated. However, my main frustration was with communication. My assigned attorney, Lydia Camp, was often slow to respond, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times via email and phone before receiving updates. While my case was settled, there has been a significant delay in receiving the final check and responses regarding it, which has been very frustrating. Overall, while the firm did settle my case and the staff were pleasant, the continuous delays and lack of timely communication made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Because of these issues I’d recommend the firm just not this attorney

I have had the best experience ever with the Saedi law firm they are very knowledgeable and professional and one of the things I like about them most is the minute you call them they go write to work for you both day and night even when they are off from work they still answer their phone for you who does that and not on the clock they are simply the best thank you Saedi

We have yet to receive our deposition and mediation after being told we would August-September 2025. Each year since 2022 it’s been different conflicting excuses. Communication is not there with Michael Grinsfelder and Vanessa Martinez. Now they’re indicating January 2026. Needing someone else to handle this case due to Bad Faith.
