My experience with Augustine Law really helped me win custody of my two younger boys ages 10months and 1. I was in a dark place till I met Augustine law I didn't have custody of my kids due to a hearing I wasn't aware about he gave me the proper help and talked me through the steps very well in this whole case . I now have full custody of my kids with a restraining order on other party. Best child custody lawyer around . I've tried 15 different places before I met him ! His word definitely matches the work . I'm now a happy single mom with both my kids in my roof with no worry of freight . Thank you Augustine law everything about working with you guys was worth having my boys . I went from paid visitations . To having my boys every night . 10/10 . Very responsible , respect , and understanding and conciderate of the circumstances. Law firm really needs to noticed for the accuracy it has in this age of time.

I brought Mr Augustine into one of the most ugly complicated cases you see in family law. I had multiple attorneys turn me down because it was too complicated and ugly. Cantor Law in Arizona, arguably the most elite family law firm said it wasn’t winnable. They told me I was being treating unfairly, that the judge wasn’t following the law, but I just had to accept it. Mr. Augustine thought otherwise. Not only is he the best value in area, he’s the only attorney that actually fought for my best interests instead of just saying he would. I could hear it through the conviction in his voice when he argued on my behalf. I saw it when he replied to my email promptly and even late at night when his day schedule was full. That’s not typical of attorneys and I’d know, he’s my 5th one. My fight is far from over but I have faith that if any attorney can steer this ship away from the iceberg, it’s Stacy Augustine, esquire. Update: My case has honestly felt like Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen — four and a half rounds of getting slammed, smothered, and outscored by pure chaos. Every time I looked up, life was dropping elbows and the judges were already filling out the scorecards against me. Through all of that, Mr. Augustine stayed calm, didn’t panic, and kept telling me, “Relax, we’re still in this. Breathe.” Meanwhile Stacy was basically my cornerman between rounds, handing me the metaphorical ice pack, saying, “You’re fine, get back in there.” And somehow, right when everyone thought it was over, we found the opening. We locked up the legal triangle choke. And suddenly the whole fight flipped. If you need a team that won’t tap out — even when your case looks like a highlight reel of you getting punched in the soul — Stacy is the attorney you want in your corner.

I highly suggest Mr. Augustine for anyone dealing with a child custody case, especially something as high conflict as a move away. From the very beginning I loved his personality and could tell that he genuinely cares about me and my family. He even allows you to bring the children to the office and he has a play area that keeps them occupied while the adults discuss the case. Stacy is the most amazing kind and straight forward attorney I have ever met and I am so thankful that he took on my case !
