The providers at AIM are super knowledgeable and care about your recovery. Dr. Rudder is super kind, positive, and treatment goal oriented. Some clinics are cold and lack friendliness and energy, not AIM. The front desk staff are super helpful and ensure all your questions are answered. The staff go above and beyond confirming your treatment plan, the progress of plan, and managing pain with different Therapies. PT Trejo knows exactly what treatment plan is best for you. There are follow up visits to ensure your progressing towards recovery. PTA Barcal is very knowledgable and personable. They care about your health and recovery goals. I will go to them again, and I recommend them to my friends and family.

I was in a bad car wreck and my lawyer suggested this place for treatment. Coming here was the best decision ever! They take their time with you to really investigate what is wrong. I especially liked working with Dr. Rudder for pain management, and Jaclyn for physical therapy. They worked with my schedule, they’re open late, and even have multiple locations. Jaclyn is really knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with!!!!

We had an outstanding experience here at Austin Injury Medical. After a car accident, my daughter and I were referred here for our treatment. Our sessions were amazing and beyond our expectations from the start. From the hardworking staff who’s always smiling to the knowledgeable doctors who helped us heal. Majority of not all of the staff are capable of speaking more than 1-2 languages. We felt very cared for here and like family. We have never felt better and hope to come back when needed.

Dr is nice, knows what he is doing. Friendly staff However this place is NOT taking covid precautions. Tiny waiting area tiny area where you do therapy and it’s full of people. Not 6 feet apart, seats aren’t being sanitized. People that are not being seen are allowed to wait with the person being seen.

My personal experience with A.I.M couldn’t be more professional. My daughter was involved in an auto accident and it was my duty to find the best pain management/chiro care we could find. At our initial visit, we were greeted by courteous staff who worked around our schedule and was very patient with my daughter. Within time she was back to running track and was feeling much herself again. Thanks again AIM! For the genuine care and support throughout a rough period in our life.

I went to a different physical therapy office that I will not name but I will say that I didn’t benefit at all by going there. I went there for one month. Then my orthopedic doctor recommended another month of therapy, so I decided to try a different place which was (A I M) Austin Injury Medical. Wow!! What a great facility and my physical therapist is awesome. Her name is Jaclyn Barcal, she has worked so hard on my injuries from my car accident. A teacher was running late to work and turned left into my driver's side. I was hesitant to go to a chiropractor as I had never been before but based on a coworker's insistence, I decided to try. I originally came to Dr. Logan's office based on my insurance providing him as an in network for my insurance coverage and his convenient location. Really and truly, the initial consultation with Dr. Logan was life changing. He listened intently to everything that happened and the pain I was experiencing. He was empathetic, kind and told me honestly what all my options were so that I could make an informed decision. He never pressured me or made me feel like an inconvenience even though I was keeping him past his normal office hours. After going home to think about it, I decided to proceed with treatments. I am so glad I did. Each visit Maria greeted me with a warm smile and Dr. Logan always kept track of my progress in healing. Most importantly, he listened when I said that pain levels were not improving and ordered a MRI. He gave me a candid evaluation based on the results and we decided together the best plan of action....steroid shots. Truthfully, the first round of steroids did not seem to help, but after consulting with Dr. Logan and my pain management specialist, we increased the dosage....which worked! I am beyond grateful for Dr. Logan's diligence in my care. He never gave up on me and did all he could to improve my quality of life. Over the last few years, I have witnessed first hand how he treats each patient with the same care and compassion. Maria's warmth has always made me feel welcome. They truly have become like family to me. Even after I recovered, I enjoyed stopping by just to visit and see how they are doing. And now, when I need a minor maintenance adjustment, Dr. Logan still will make accommodations in his schedule so he can squeeze me in. I love that his office is bilingual and never turns anyone away no matter their race or socioeconomic status. I just recently met his newest staff, Desiree and Jackie. Desiree is always cheerful, no matter when I call...and Jackie helps the patients smile through their PT. If you want a chiropractor that cares, choose this "family"...I promise you won't regret it!!
