This company lead us to believe we had a strong case, then just messaged us and said they couldn’t take the case with no explanation. They will not respond nor pick up the phone.

We never agreed to represent you and the whole process occurred over three days. You should know why we are not taking the case but I will email you the reason separately.

Patrick did a great job when the title and registration were missing from my car. He knew exactly what to do in a tough situation, was able to answer all my (and my parents) questions, and figure out how to best move forward with the dealership. Highly recommend
