Update they are amazing, but I just recently received an invoice for 30.00 . For fees and paperwork. I’m super appreciative they won my case but they received a decent chunk of my 20,000 back pay . They’re a great law firm but be ready to be in nickled and dimed. Loved them Doug was my attorney and he did an amazing job . Dianna was my case worker and she was very attentive ! Answered questions fast and was very personable. Got my case approved super quick and easy . No hassles for me.

I spent 45mins pouring my heart out and having to rehash everything I watched my daughter go thru. Having to do that is a horrific nightmare for me and I can't wake up. The young lady I spoke with said I shld expect a call in about 2 days. A week and half later, I call back and they tell me they sent me information via email/DocuSign to fill out. How am I supposed to know this is their process. How do I know to expect anything in my email that cld have gone in to my spam/junk folder. Also, if you haven't heard back from someone that obviously needs help and has no idea what they're doing, you cld just do a follow up call. I am now left guessing they're too busy for me or my daughter. I'm sure they're very good at what they do, but I will never know. Thank you, Stacy & Alexis Schrock

Staff member Peggy was extremely helpful when I called with many questions. She went above and beyond my expectations and provided me with competent and much appreciated answers and help.

I have to be honest in the beginning I would NOT have given a 1 star review let alone a 5 star review! HOWEVER when Case Manger Sheila Reyes took over and worked closely with Attorney Mark Zakhvatayev my case moved forward and she was in constant contact with me. Sheila is AMAZING!!!! Every question I had she answered and if she couldn’t she asked Mark and immediately called or emailed me the answer. Mark was able to get me a positive outcome at my closed period hearing which was a very difficult situation based upon my personal situation. But between he and Sheila’s hard work they did it! I have another issue that has arisen and am using them again. I would highly recommend this firm! Anita H.
