I had an excellent experience working with Mr. Ayers. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain my options, answer all of my questions, and guide me through every step of the process with confidence and transparency.
What stood out most was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was handled properly. Mr. Ayers was thorough, organized, and always quick to respond whenever I needed clarification or support. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing I had someone experienced and dependable in my corner.
I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication he showed throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Ayers to anyone looking for trustworthy and capable legal representation.

Mr Ayres told me that ADA reasonable accom. is a "suggestion" and that it doesn't have to follow. He also told me to ignore the notices and even he would be willing to get them in his office and call for me. I told him I would pay him for that because I do need the support. We'll I haven't been able to hey ahold of him, and now the thing he said wouldn't happen IS happening. Perhaps if I had media coverage he would have helped me as that is how I am aware of him through several cases. I would NOT recommend him. He doesn't follow through or even follow up to say he changed his mind, and he gives bad legal advice. He's also quite rude and condescending and bases his opinion on outdated info without looking at current info. If you DO work with him, RECORD ALL PHONE CALLS AND CONTACT WITH HIM.

I usually don't give bad ratings because everyone is human. However, working with this guy was so dreadful. Never returned calls. Barely answered questions. Would not return calls, barely fought for my uncle who is still in jail, when people who have done way worse are living their best life. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Where to start with this guy.. Took our 10k REAL quick.. however after that it was next to impossible to get him to return a call or text. He lies in court (oh my office must have not sent the paperwork in time and yet tells you he works alone).. the only way we heard back from him is when we filed a complaint with the bar.. literally ONLY on the basis of him not returning calls. ... well we heard back from him quickly then!! He threatened and attempted to extort my family if we didn't recant the complaint. .. We did hoping that we had come to some kind of resolution.. and yet.. that didn't happen. He told us he stepped away from criminal defense for other cases (Ambulance chaser) and that was a reason why he stopped responding.
I don't know.. yes, he did SOME work for us.. but this person is supposed to be there to help you in your time of need and he just takes advantage of those in his path.
I wish someone had warned us before we worked with him.. he may be great for some (who will have a big pay out) but he did NOT do good by us.
Worst attorney experience I have ever had. He took a retainer , barely did any work, missed hearing dates , was unprepared and didn’t know up from down. I showed up at his office for an over the phone hearing and not only was he not there but he had left on vacation and totally blew off my hearing. Since he barely did any work and did do not what was agreed upon, I asked for the rest of my retainer back. I was told previous to this that I had 3k left as my retainer. He said that was spent. I asked on what since no more work was done after the last bit so magically it got spent I guess. He finally sent over a thrown together bill of the retainer spent. First time I had seen anything billed by him ever or showing where any money had gone. What I believe he does is takes retainers , tells people it will take less , doesn’t do his job and then tells people the retainer is gone. I called him out on it and then he called me names and threatened to sue me. Not only is this winner a wolf in sheep’s clothing, he can easily turn on his client too after not doing his job. I then had to hire a good attorney and spend more money for his short comings. Highly recommend representing yourself rather than him. You’d be better off.
This Tyler Character Is A Joke, Thinks He Is A Know It All. Says I Can't File A Law Suit For Any Torts, "Slander, Defamation Of Character, Emotional Distress, Compensation For Financial Loses, Damaged Reputation, & Malicious Prosecution". Then States, He Wants To Charge Me $6,500 For Something He Just Said I Can't Sue For. YA MUST BE HURTING FOR MONEY BUDDY. Never In My Life Would I Ever Call Him Or Ever Recommend Someone To Call Him. I Have Better Luck Doing My Own Research, & Representing Myself In Court.
Tyler is an absolute hero. He is such a strong advocate for you and your case. His knowledge and passion for the law are top notch, second to none. I know I have a truly caring, compassionate, and dedicated attorney working for me with Tyler Ayres. 10/10 would recommend (and I do to many).
This lawyer is an absolute joke! He likes to take retainers and bill people but he doesn’t wanna work! He acts like he’s all interested in your case tell you pay him then he puts everything on the back Burner he constantly makes excuses as to why he hasn’t done anything with your case! Loves using personal excuses and sob stories as to why he hasn’t done a damn thing! Definitely do not recommend him!! TO ANYONE
Tyler is great! I hired him and handed him a mess. I was in the middle of a nasty. Court battle and he was the third lawyer I hired. If I would've come to him in the first place I think it would've been a lot easier to prove my case. InreaI r hope I never need his services again but if I do I will definitely go to him first. If you need a lawyer call Tyler.
Tyler wasn't my main attorney, but the guy he sent to represent me was absolutely worthless! He was completely unmotivated, didn't really make any effort, and wanted me to decide how to approach the defense. He even had me pick the jurors!! In what world would I be more qualified to pick the jurors than him!?!?
The impression I got was he had already decided I was guilty and didn't want to mount his own defense. He wanted me to decide how I should be defended and make all the decisions so he could sleep better at night.. After the trial he quickly ran out to the parking lot and was chatting away, laughing and joking, with the jurors in the parking lot. I mean really?? He couldn't atleast say bye to me first and maybe talk about the appeal a little?!? I was blown away! I would've been better off with a public defender, NEVER AGAIN!
Btw, this was for a weed charge.
