Very responsive, knowledgeable, personable, answers questions, and gets the job done if you need him. Be careful of any chit chat, they'll charge you for it... On the expensive side.
Craig was an amazing help to me in trying to figure out a 1031/Real Estate issue. He was responsive (even talked to me on a Saturday), took his time to explain complicated things in a very uncomplicated way. Out of three 1031 agents he was the only one to take the time to REALLY figure out what was going on. I will go back to him with ANY real estate or 1031 need in the future!
