1 star is a stretch. Attorney Teresa Sanchez was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your money. We had a phone consult in which she immediately was upset she didn't have a copy of our existing custody agreement, which we were never told to send. She speaks to you in a way that makes you feel less than. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that is going to overall expect you to pay thousands in the long run. The whole office has a major communication issue. Recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Kimberlee Markle,my attorney was remarkably professional and efficient.
She made me feel confident and at ease after a traumatic accident. The process was made convenient and in a timely manner. She explained the process and used terms i could understand. I made the right choice with Bailey and Galyen, thank you all.
I retained this firm to assist with a motion for enforcement and to compel discovery in an ongoing family law matter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
I had already prepared a detailed and accurate motion prior to hiring counsel. The attorney modified it in a way that removed key components and weakened the filing, while billing significant time in the process. Despite being hired for a specific and time-sensitive task, the work was not completed effectively or as agreed.
Communication was excessive in volume but lacked substance, resulting in high billing without meaningful progress. Deadlines were not handled with urgency, and I ultimately had to step in, correct the motion myself, and proceed without their assistance.
What was most concerning was the lack of accountability. When issues were raised, they were not meaningfully addressed, despite clear documentation of the errors and timeline.
I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
The attorneys to avoid at all cost are Teresa Sanchez, and Jennifer Scherf.
I was billed $5000 for emails, no representation, no court room presence, incorrectly filed motion, a huge papertrail of proof and still they lack any accountability. They prey on vulnerable single women in highly dangerous domestic violence divorces.
My overall experience was extremely disappointing. Vanessa B was unprofessional and unable to answer even basic questions. Communication was consistently poor—calls were not returned, and there was little to no follow-up.
I waited nearly three weeks for an update and only received information after reaching out myself. When I called to ask why paperwork had not been filed as ordered by the judge, the receptionist stated, “I didn’t know there was a time frame,” which was very concerning.
My court date was scheduled for January 5, and had I not called the office myself, I would not have known to appear. Even then, I had to wait until 4 PM to receive any information, only to be told that the lawyer, Danielle Harper wanted to speak with me. When the lawyer, Danielle Harper finally appeared in court, she was late and unprepared. Additionally, charging $800 to travel to court within the same city felt excessive.
To make matters worse, the office charges for communication with Staff who are unable to answer questions, relay messages, or complete documents accurately the first time.
Nearly every document required revisions due to incorrect information. It is frustrating to be billed for errors made by the office itself.
Overall, I felt ignored, overcharged, and unsupported during an already stressful situation.
I would not recommend this office if you value timely communication, professionalism, and follow-through.If you are looking for a law office that lacks communication, fails to address concerns in a timely manner, and charges excessively for incomplete work, this would be the place.
I’m sure there are some great lawyers but in my opinion, I would avoid Danielle and her staff all together. For a lawyer to not be able to communicate when communication is the part of their job you need the most in situations is hurtful to the client and the lawyer. Be sure to view the photos I have attached. Instead of fixing the communication issues she withdrew from the case because of communication failures. You will waste your money with Danielle Harper, and Vanessa who you will communicate with when you call. Vanessa returns call but does not have the answer and has to call you back and you’re charged to speak with her when you call and it’s like speaking to a toddler who started off talking a princess’s now you’re on bunnies.
