The worst communication. They will ask for information that you’re not able to provide. And will deny help if you can not provide private information of opposing party’s. Do not contact be cause they will not help even if your situation is an emergency. Money don’t matter if the information they need about opposite party is not present at the time.

To proceed, we must have the opposing party’s information in order to complete a conflict check and properly identify who the legal action would be directed against. Without this information, we are unable to assist, and other attorneys would face the same limitation.

Paul Kennedy is by far the best family law attorney I have ever had. He helped me through a contentious divorce and got majority of what I requested. Paul won't tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you what you need to hear. Very reasonable on their rates and easy to work with. If you have a contentious divorce or crazy ex spouse like I do, you need this law firm.

In my opinion, absolutely the worst family lawyers you can find. Horrible communication, the absolute worst legal advice. Absolutely lazy lawyer, and they will also charge you way more than you could ever imagine. Paul Kennedy is who I used and the guy screwed me over. Please find a new lawyer

Mr. Wolfe:<br> While the rules of ethics prohibit us from commenting on the facts of your case in a public forum, I can say we differ from your description of Mr. Kennedy and the services you received from him.<br>Due to the nature of your two-part litigation, a significant amount of work was needed at the outset of your case.<br>It appears the first half of your litigation was concluded on October 4, 2024 at the courthouse and an agreed order followed shortly thereafter.<br>It appears all parties and their lawyers signed an agreed order on October 11, 2024.<br>We are not seeing that Mr. Kennedy did anything wrong in the handling of your case as he concluded the first half of your litigation with an agreement you signed off on.<br>We are not sure why 2 months later you are now unhappy and left a negative review.<br>Nevertheless, we wish you the very best of luck in the future.

I called Monday about filing a law suit against a pharmaceutical company, today is Thursday a still have not got a call back even tho I called twice yesterday and twice today. This leads me to believe they only care about themselves. Stay away from lawyers that are above calling you back if they perceive you to be unfixable. They should have enough decency to call you back one way or the other, this firm apparently could care less if they are not interested...

Mr. Paul, Kennedy and His paralegal Heather saved the day. I had gone through 2 lawyers before this firm and all they did was take money and waste my time. Once I met with Mr.kennedy, him and his team went right to work to help my son and I. They Made my divorce process so much easier. I would recommend Mr.Kennedy and Heather to anyone who has a high conflict ex spouse to seek with from this firm. They will help!!
