We where referred to B,C,Snw lawfirm by a seasoned attorney. We actually received an amateur associate who acted as he knew Texas real estate law. In fact , he was not well versed in real estate law . Point ,one, he had us doing all the foot work while charging $300 an hour. While dragging his feet. So the out come was he charged us 10,000 and we where no better off 10 months in ,then when we walked in the front door. I won't even start on communication because it was all one sided. It seemed to us this firm was more concerned about money then actually helping us. I do not recommend this firm to anyone.

After wasted 6 weeks waiting for "Courtney Cruse" OR Burnett to call back, they didn't have the common decency to respond. From what I've heard since, I'm so lucky they didn't. Run... run away...
