The staff at Baker Act Attorneys were terrific, beginning with the receptionist, case manager, topped off with an immediate phone call from the senior partner. Perfect results after a horrific time stuck in the system for the family.

Britnee was super helpful and patient when trying to get information on how to release someone who was baker acted longer than three days. Fortunately, he was released as we were on the call. Although the services were not needed, the initial interaction was pleasant. Deffo 5 stars.

Mark responded to our late night request promptly and continued excellent communication at all hours until our situation was resolved. Mark and his team took prompt action and was able to resolve our situation within roughly 36 hours of initiating communication.

Extremely rude. I asked why the consultation fee is so expensive at $350 for the hour or 30 minutes. And I was hung up on by Mark.
I have been in the construction business for over a decade and have used legal services regularly. I know lawyers aren't known for their people skills, but to just hang up on a customer with a question Is new to me.
Update, got a call back from Mark who only proceeded to insult me for a poor review. I know we all have bad days, but Mark could have apologized and asked me to remove the negative review.

Called another lawyer. She listened to me for about 10 minutes and solved my legal problems. Then refused my pay, because it was so "easy" to fix my legal issue.

You called twice, I spoke to you for free twice, we typically do not give any free consults. After the first time we spoke, and I gave you free legal advice, it was my recommendation that you speak to the associate in my office who handles your particular kind of case, but there was a consult fee of $350, and if you retained us afterwards you would get full credit for the consult fee. You declined. You called again today, I again spoke to you for free and again recommended that you speak to the attorney in my office who handles these cases. You demanded a free consult and you advised that the last time you paid for a consult you were lied to by the lawyer. I advised that we could not assist you, but you raised your voice, you were very rude, you were very disrespectful, and I had no choice but to hang up. I have practiced for 30 years, my partner has practiced for 32 years, my associate, who is a veteran, has practiced for 32 years, we have helped a lot of people. We deserve better. Despite this, you called a third time, and advised my receptionist that you wanted to speak to me and discuss the consult fee. I returned your call, you were again rude, and then I learned of this review and advised you never to call my office again, and I would never represent you in any matter. With regards an apology, none will be coming, this review can remain for all to read. My team and I stand by our work, we will never tolerate anyone who has a sense of entitlement and expects us to be “free” after being so rude and disrespectful. <br><br>

Mark was a godsend for our family after a family member was Baker Acted by a very aggressive hospital and refused to let us communicate or see our loved one. He was definitely the person we needed and we are forever grateful.
